Welcome to CMS Studio! By accessing or using our web application, tools, and services (collectively, the "Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

CMS Studio is a decentralized career management and portfolio tracking tool that interfaces with your Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Calendar. The Portal acts as a front-end interface, allowing you to organize, build, and optimize your job search pipeline directly inside your private Google Spreadsheet database.

2. User Data Ownership & Storage (Decentralized Model)

• Your Database, Your Ownership: You retain complete ownership of all data, contacts, resumes, credentials, and records you input into the Portal.
• No Server Storage: We do not host your database or back up your files on our servers. Your data is stored 100% within your private Google Drive account.
• Access Disclaimer: Since we do not store your data, CMS Studio is unable to retrieve, restore, or modify your database if you delete your Google Sheet, lose access to your Google account, or experience data corruption inside your Google Drive. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your Google Drive files.

3. Acceptable Use & Security

You agree not to use the Portal to:

• Attempt to disrupt, compromise, or bypass the Portal's verification systems or server communications.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell the code, design, or layout of the Portal.
• Use the Portal for any unlawful activity or to transmit malicious code.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We recommend enabling Google's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to safeguard your workspace.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the Portal requires an active subscription whitelist.

• All subscription details and whitelisting credentials are bound to your registered Google email address.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Portal if your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or if you violate these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CMS STUDIO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PORTAL WILL RUN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DOWNTIME, DATA LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR FAILURES RESULTING FROM GOOGLE SERVICE OUTAGES OR CHANGES TO GOOGLE'S API POLICIES.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CMS STUDIO AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF INCOME, JOB SEARCH OUTCOMES, OR BUSINESS DISRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PORTAL.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
